PPC Introduces New Foundation Course

Peace Operations must be staffed by well trained professionals. In the Service of Peace: Civilian Core Competencies is a new Pearson Peacekeeping Centre Foundation Course. The course will ensure that participants with little or no previous field experience have the knowledge and skill they need to be effective in the field. PPC Joins Consultation on Civilian Expert Deployment

Canada's civilian contribution to peace operations is growing. The
Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade hosted a
consultation on Expert Deployment to identify best practices for
