Strategic Advice & Consultation
We provide strategic advice and consultation services to a wide range of clients based on well developed knowledge and skills.
We offer technical advice, based on field experience, best practices, and lessons learned and we monitor emerging trends and issues to assist clients in meeting their national or international objectives. This is often done within multi-dimensional and multi-year projects.
Research & Analysis
We undertake evidence-based research and analysis focusing on foreign policy, trend analysis, and country studies, as well as conduct distinct applied research on policy development projects. Both can be included in program design and development. These can be done as a discrete activity for clients as requested, and/or in support of a broader capacity building programs, whether national or international.
Program Design and Development
We design and develop projects/programs based on the client’s objectives using the lessons learned and best practices of over 15 years of capacity building and training experience in the field. The Pearson Peacekeeping Centre has a tested systematic methodology for program design and development which includes monitoring and evaluation, and is supportive of national institutional/organisational capacity building.
Program Delivery
Our expertise in executing programs and/capacity building projects is recognized around the world. Whether the requirement is for a learning activity, a seminar, or conference, or for executing the plans of a multi-year, multi-dimensional program, the Pearson Peacekeeping Centre has the skills and knowledge to successfully execute the activity.
Program Monitoring and Evaluation
Monitoring and evaluation are embedded in our methodology to ensure that our clients’ objectives are met. If gaps are indicated in the analysis, our methodology provides mechanisms for re-framing the project/program.
Project Management
We have the ability to execute the delivery of large scale projects that require only technical assistance and that do not use the Pearson Peacekeeping Centre’s generated materials.
